long will the quilting take?
A: Please contact me and I will give you an estimate based on
my current workload.
How
do I request custom quilting?
A: You tell me what you have in mind, and I'll give you my suggestions
after I see the quilt top.
Do
you have other patterns available?
A: Yes. If you have something special in mind that I don't have,
I can most likely find it for you!
Can
I provide my own quilt pattern for you to use as a pantograph?
A: Not all patterns can be used for pantograph quilting. I do
need to see the pattern before I can promise to do it.
Do
you give discounts to repeat customers?
A: Yes, a discount program is currently being worked on and will
be available soon.
What
if I need to rush my quilting order?
A: I will always try to help you out for that last minute quilt
but I do charge extra for that. If I have to ask another customer
to move a deadline, part of your fee will be used to compensate
that customer.
What
if I'm not happy with my quilting?
A: It hasn't happened yet! I always make sure I communicate with
my customers so both of us know what to expect. If you're still
not happy I will work it out with you to our mutual satisfaction.
What
size quilts can you accomodate?
A: Up to around 140" wide. King size quilts are no problem on
my machine.
