Introduction
Welcome to Mann and Peter's Wedding Album. We were married on September 11, 1999 at the Bay Tower in Boston. We took our vows before more than one hundred of our closest family and friends. After the cocktail reception at the Bay Tower, the party moved to China Pearl Restaurant in Chinatown. There the guest list ballooned to over three hundred. The guests were all treated to a traditional Chinese wedding banquet. On the way to the banquet, we made a brief stop at Rowes Wharf to take some portraits.
Everything went well, thanks to our wedding party (Linh, Kristine, Bic, Amy, Warren, Dave, Walter and Jon), our assistants (Leanna and Shirley), our florist Starris Floral Shop, our photographer Stewart Woodward of PixturePerfect, our videographer Scott Freeman of Freeman Video Services, our officiant Rev. Donna M. Cunio, and our DJ Chiu.
After a couple of days to rest and unwind, we headed off to Europe for our honeymoon. We spent four nights in Paris, France and twelve nights touring Italy. In Italy, we visited Venice, Florence, Pisa, the Tuscan countryside, and Rome. We got homesick, so for our last dinner in Rome, we went to the Hard Rock Cafe on via Veneto. Mmm, iced tea, barbeque baby back ribs, cheeseburger, and caesar salad never tasted better. While the food in Italy was some of the best we've ever had, this last supper was "La Dolce Vita."
