In Calcutta, we school children have to study a subject called GK. It's a combination of all the subjects put together actually. I'd like to know if children in other countries have this subject too. We study it right up to around class VI. Here are a few examples of our GK questions, so you too can test YOUR General Knowledge!

REPORT

On June 6th 5 of us learned some Japanese at the Mustard Seed. We learned the numbers, the Japanese map, some useful phrases, and the colors. We even drank Japanese green tea too! Here are some numbers and phrases.

  • Anata-no-namae-wa-nan-desu-ka ?
    - What is your name?
  • Nihon-jin-desu-ka ?
    - Are you Japanese?
  • Watashi-wa-Indo-jin-desu
    - I am Indian
