Notes: A former Spirit Detective, Sensui disappeared 10 years prior to Yuu Yuu Hakusho�s story. He stole a top-secret tape of humanity�s crimes from the Spirit World and became determined to destroy humanity. Sensui wishes to open a tunnel to the Demon World, through which, powerful demons can travel to the Human World. Sensui is the strongest human, and S Class Fighter. He dies at the hands of Yuusuke, who at the time was possessed by Raizen�s spirit. When he died, his partner Itsuki disappeared with his body. Sensui went insane when he saw humans abusing demons, and developed 7 distinct personalities. After going to the Demon World, all 7 of these personalities merge, revealing the original Sensui.

Notes: Sensui�s partner and best friend. He had worked with Sensui since his teenage years, and even fell in love with him. He was the first demon whom Sensui didn�t kill, simply because he liked Itsuki�s personality. Itsuki is a powerful dimension manipulator, and controls a dimensional demon called the Reverse Man. After trapping Kuwabara, Kurama, and Hiei in his dimension, he lost one of his eyes from Kuwabara�s Dimension Sword. After Sensui died, he disappeared with his partner.

Notes: A troubled young man who watched the Spirit World�s secret Black List Chapter. As the Sniper, Hagiri can turn anything into a weapon. His ability is to transfer his energy into his opponent or into an object to be used as a weapon. His energy is magnetic, and any object he launches will be attracted to the target. Hagiri is also an expert motorcyclist. While fighting Yuusuke, he was stabbed by Hiei, but found and healed by Kamiya, who had escaped from jail after his defeat. He then lived a normal life, and lived on his own after high school.

Notes: The youngest of Sensui�s minions. He also seems to be the only one who never saw the Black List Chapter tape, as he doesn�t show the instability to Mitarai, the second youngest member of Sensui�s henchmen. Although, he very well may have seen it and dismissed it as nothing but a game. Either way, he was told by Sensui to help his cause, yet despite these honeyed words, he was actually a sacrifice to buy Sensui some time to open the hole to the Demon World. In his territory, Amanuma dies once he loses a game. When he lost to Kurama, he died, but was revived by Koenma�s pacifier. After Sensui�s defeat, he returned to a normal life.

Mitarai Kiyoshi

Notes: A lonely young boy who works under Sensui. He was picked on endlessly in school, and began to loathe humanity after seeing Sensui�s stolen Black List tape. He was defeated by Kuwabara, whose dormant Spirit Energy happened to reawaken while fighting him. Mitarai was gravely wounded, but Kuwabara saved him. Due to this Mitarai decided to help save humanity and was an invaluable tool in helping find the dimensional tunnel. After the incident, he passed an examination to get into a school and lived happily afterward.

When the door to the Demon World was nothing more than a small hole, he gained his ability. That time happened to coincide with the finals of the Dark Tournament. After Genkai revealed that she was the one behind Yuusuke�s kidnapping, he decided to help Yuusuke stop Sensui. He played the Game Master in the Trivia Game of �Game Battler,� but was shockingly beaten. After the ordeal ended, Kaitou returned to school, and became friends with Kurama.
