In 2002 my wife and I went on a trip to
Shropshire to visit some of the places my ancestors lived and died.
After planning the trip it seemed that we could do it all in a days visit. My ancestors had not moved about too far. After the visit I decided to write about the trip in the Madeley Family Tree newsletter The Register. The article appeared in the 2003 Spring edition and I thought it would be interesting to include it here in the Archives.
