26th September 2003 : Well, my intense gaming session is officially over. Completed quite a few games. My special report - Games for Girls is also completed. Check it out !
26th August 2003 : The Intense gaming season is now on ! Hopefully I can play as many (good) games as possible before I leave for further studies. Recently finished Rayman 2 and am very satisfied with it.
30th July 2003 : Another month has passed. Added a review of The Thing based on the movie. Not bad, but not scary enough. Also submitted two of my reviews for a contest organised by PC Gamer Malaysia - Vietcong and Freelancer. So when the review are out for voting, support support a bit ok ? Thanks.
30th June 2003 :Wow, it has been a while since I've updated this website. Been very busy with you-know-what. There have been many game sequels already released / coming soon and I still have not played the originals yet. So far, I am halfway through. I've finished Star Trek : Elite Force, Red Faction and Project IGI. Look out for the review soon.Many visitors to this website have offered some very encouraging comments and suggestions. Some of them say that this website is very "technical" and no cheats/walkthoughs. (for the latter, go to gamefaqs.) As for the former, I will try my best to come up with the beginners guide to PC gaming very soon. I promise.
23rd April 2003 : Lots of things have happened over these last few months. Both good and bad. First, the bad - I finally bought a high-end graphic card. And why is it under the bad ? Because I have to upgrade almost everything for it to work ! So, here are some tips for buyers of computer hardware :
1. If you want to buy a computer hardware, buy it as soon as possible. Do not wait for the price to drop. This is because if you wait, it will most likely be phased out and then when the new model comes along, it is not compatible with your already obsolete computer. That's where I learnt my lesson.
2. But if you still insist on waiting, then on the day of your purchase, bring your whole system unit to the shop and install the new hardware and test it on the spot. This saves the time of going to and fro from the shop.
Now the good news, here are my new computer specs : Pentium 4 1.6 Ghz, ASUS motherboard, 256DDR RAM, 128MB Asus GeForce4 Ti4200. Well, that's it. Happy Gaming !
12th February 2003 : A very happy new year to everyone ! The year 2002 was a great year for PC gamers as there were many excellent games that were released such as WarCraft III : Reign of Chaos, Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, Grand Theft Auto III and Mafia.
This year there will be also several highly anticipated games such as Command & Conquer : Generals (Just released) , Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell and Raven shield, Enter the Matrix, Doom III and maybe Duke Nukem Forever.
And I still can't play any games on my Pentium 4 because I haven't bought my graphic card yet ! Sigh.............
