October 4, 2003: Everyone who has applied so far has been assigned now. Please check here for the list. I'm really sorry for having taken so long with it :( Contact info for everyone as well as information about the size and scan/print resolutions for artwork are also forthcoming. Also removed three months from the Artist and Collaborations applications and updated the navigation menu to make it easier to use.

August 20, 2003: The discussion group for the project has been created. The link to it should be viewable on the navigation bar. If you're participating, please join :) I don't think there will be much discussion at the moment though. And I've updated the Contact page. On another note, there are five artist positions left, so please apply ASAP if you're interested.

August 18, 2003: I removed another month from the Artist and Collaborations applications. There are currently six positions left, due to one person not having a month preference and we're still looking for at least one person to design the calendar grid. Or else I'm going to do it and mind you, I'm not very good at it.

August 17, 2003: I removed the taken months from the Artist and Collaborations applications, but there are still lots of positions available. We already have quite a few writers (and I added Editing as an option for that application), but if you're still interested in that, go ahead and apply, but keep your fingers crossed.

August 13, 2003: The project's website is officially open! Feel free to apply right away, so long as you've read and understood the rules and requirements.

EDIT: I fixed a few small problems on the applications, but it hasn't really affected any of the applications that have already been sent in. Thanks to everyone who's expressed an interested so far.
