With the gathering of test flight data from the Apsalus I and Apsalus II, the Apsalus III was constructed. Powered by three MS-09RII Rick Dom generators, it also had two Minvosky systems to make it stable during atmospheric flight. Its greatest feature was the enormous Mega Particle Cannon that was able to blast away approximately one third of a mountain in a single blast. Unfortunately, the Apsalus II was never used against its intended target, being destroyed by the 08th MS Team's commander in his RX-79[G]Ez8 Gundam Ez8.
