Secrets
- Theres Something In The Water
1. Throw a small fish into the pound in the first forest scene, and a weird little imp will ascend from the water. The imp will give you a blue power berry, which will keep you from falling ill after rainy days. 2. Throw a vegetable into the sacred pound in the third forest scene to be greeted by the Spring Goddess. She will supposedly grant you a wish, however, I have seen no improvement in the things I have wished for. The Spring Goddess will give you a fourth option once you have Heavens Gate Wine, are friends with the Harvest Sprites (cat elves), and have a romance going with Karen (this is how you save the vineyard).
- An Exchange
Give the craftsman in town a blue rock from the second or third floor of the mine, and he next day his shop is open, he will sell you the terracotta vase in his shop only he has glazed the vase to be blue.
- Ripping Off The Horse Races
Place a bet on the horse races for free. Go to the betting screen, and place as much medals as possible on the horses, then press B twice until you are out of the screen. Dont talk to The mayors wife again until after the end of that particular race, and you will reap the benefits of betting medals for free.
- Desire For Shiny Things
Grow flowers (the amount matters not) and Stu (little boy with the dark hair) will arrive at your farm with praise for your flowers. Grow more flowers and Stu will return, hoping to trade you marbles for a single flower. Accept his offer, and when you are friendly with the Harvest Sprites (cat elves), trade them your marbles for a power berry.
- Your Dog Is Worth Something
In an indoor place (so time stands still) such as the bar, show your dog to Karen. For every fifty times you show him to her, her heart will go up a level. This doesnt work for any of the other girls.
- Running the Village Morgue Out of Business
To keep Ellis grandmother from dying, do not talk to her for the duration of spring in your second year on the farm. You can talk to her during that time on rainy days, but not any other day. This includes festival days. After the second spring, the old lady will be in percet health and you can get back to the business of courting you grandfathers old girlfriends granddaughter (Elli).
