Rough-In Bath

Tucked under the eaves and into the 3rd Floor gable is a Rough-In Bath. Waste lines for the sink, lavatory, and stall shower are provided as are hot and cold supply lines. A light and exhaust fan fixture is installed in the shower and the wiring has been roughed-in for the sink fixture. An electric baseboard radiator provides individual heating control. A little time and effort is all this bathroom needs to become fully functional. |
