Property Survey Property Survey Plat

The property was most recently surveyed in 1997 following the completion of the 1995-6 addition. There is over 100 feet of frontage on West Loudoun Street (aka, Virginia Route 7). With the completion of the Route 7 Bypass in 1990, West Loudoun Street is primarily used by local residents. There is a large front yard and the side yard is fenced - providing a wonderfully large enclosure for the family dog.

The rear yard extends nearly 200 feet from the rear of the house and includes a large pressure-treated arbor, complete with wisteria vine, which provides a shady spot to relax. The rear property line borders a 12 acre field that has been regularly hayed but can potentially be developed into 10 to 15 lots.

The driveway is owned by the neighboring property but has a perpetual easement. Overhead utility lines follow the edge of the driveway and the electrical connection is buried from the house to the rear pole. A fire hydrant is conveniently located at the end of the driveway - thus providing some savings on home owner's insurance.

At one time - BC ... aka, Before Children -- the garage actually was able to house one car. With the addition of bicycles, a riding mower, and all of the miscellanous items that come with a growing family, the "garage" is better suited as a storage shed.
