It was named after the great poet Kumaran Asan of Kerala. It is affiliated to NAAC and Madras University. Asan is more than a college; it is a unique organization which has played a pioneering role in providing academic leadership
Main Building The learning at Asan emphasizes on inter disciplinary studies enabling the student to develop multifaceted, multidimensional capabilities in a dynamic business world. The college, equipped well with the necessary infrastructural facilities, consists of an array of imposing architecturally & aesthetically appealing buildings on a sprawling campus spread over 12 acres.

The environment of our college is so wonderful that it facilitates positive attitude & adds a touch of beauty to our campus. Here, students are exposed to a variety of activities in the college. It is very regular in our college to organize guest lecture, workshops, and many more activities by all the departments.
Hotel Management Class in Session Our college students have brought laurels to the institution. A student of Visual Communication department, Asan, has received the 1st prize for logo creation from His Excellency Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam, President of India. Our college provides internships & placements & has proved to be a boon to the students. Many reputed firms have conducted placement interviews.
