May 27, 2003 : Welcome! The site has been completely redesigned and ready for your viewing pleasure. Sorry for the lack of updates for the past couple of months, I've been busy mainly with school and things relating with it. But summer is finally here and along with it comes a new website, new progress with the car, and a brand new start. The process of restoring the car has been completed and we now move onto 'phase two,' which will bring preformance modifications to the car. I plan on ordering a Zenki bumper in the next week or two so look out for that as well. New pictures should be arriving soon, I just need to wait to acquire my camera again from my brother who is currently in Europe. 

The engine and transmission have been properly placed back into their homes and the car runs great. We had to replace the fuel pump and some bad circuit relays, but after those installations, the car was ready to go. I gave the key about three turns before she came to life. Nothing could've sounded better at that moment.  She runs great, very strong and nothing seems to be wrong with the engine itself.  I believe there is a small leak in the exhaust manafold, and if there is, I'm planning on replacing it with a TRD 4-2-1 header in the near future. I would write something up for the engine, transmission, and fuel pump installations, but I would think there would be too much and type, and frankly, I'm too lazy to write that all up right now.

I also suspect that there is something wrong with my transmission or clutch, there is a whining noise that occurs when the clutch pedal is released, but once you step on it, the squeal fades away. If anyone can help me identify this problem please drop me an e-mail.

My set of Tokico Blues will be installed within the next two weeks time as well.

So will my Zenki bumper as soon as I get to my dealership and order one.
Someone please make some copies of the Zenki lip and sell it to all of us poor people for a decent price.
