This site is dedicated solely to my 1985 Toyota Corolla GT-S which I purchased back in March 2002. It was silver and black two-tone color but much of the paint had faded off already. At first, this site was mainly focused on the project of restoring the AE86 itself. for when I first bought it there were a handful of problems. The engine was blown, the paint was awful with rust spots to be found frequently in the rear, the suspension was basically non-existant, the interior was a complete mess with a terrible stench, and many many more problems. Go check out the section called 'Paint Job' for pictures of what the car looked like when I first purchased it. Since I purchased the car during my Spring Break vacation, my first plan was to repaint the exterior totally with Toyota Super White II. After that was completed, I went on to replacing the interior carpet and repainted all the interior panels a flat black. The next step was to find a new working bluetop engine and workable transmission. I acquired these items from a friend and dropped it into my hatchback. Many steps were taken to fire up the car including the replacement of a fuel pump, filter, and the wiring and circuit relays that were incorperated with the fuel system. That's only half of the story.

Here is a list of the steps I have taken so far on restoring the car:

• Repainted exterior Super White II
• Replaced interior carpeting
• Repainted interior panels flat black
• Repainted rear bumper flat black
• Removed rust from spare wheel well
• Replaced old bluetop engine with a new low milage bluetop
• Replaced T50 tranmission with one that works
• Replaced most old engine and transmission gaskets with all new genuine Toyota gaskets
• Replaced fuel pump, filter, and electrical wires incorporated with fuel system with brand new components
• Replaced clutch slave, master cylinder, and the works with new components
• Replaced brake pads, rotors, master cylinder and the works with new components
• And much much more...

• Replace old struts with brand new Tokico Blues
• Replace bushings with TRD Bushing Kit
• Purchase and install front Zenki bumper
• Obtain a front driver's side fender and repaint Super White II
• Purchase Falken Azenis or Ziex and fit on Panasport wheels
