12. Pick up R knee high, and turn 180� into horse stance, still facing the direction you were before. As you are turning, keep your wrists high, but rotate them so the L is now in front. By the time you land in horse stance, the arms should be crossed in front of you at solar plexis height. Also, while turning, yell �Sai� and stomp loud into the horse stance.
While still in horse stance, Double mountain block (L hand low by L knee) Keyah!
13. Kick L foot up to R knee, L palm down in front of body, R hand spear by R side. Step forward into (L) obkubi (the direction you were facing) and spear hand thrust (R).
14. Close R fist, raise up both arms a little, and (L) knife-hand side strike to neck (R fist at side).
15. Turn L spear sideways (palm facing in). Outside/in kick (R), land in riding stance 90� L.
16. Look to your L, and double mountain block (L hand low by L knee)
17. Bring L foot to R, step R foot out back to horse stance. Double mountain block (continue to look L)
18. Bring L foot to R, step R foot out back to horse stance. Double mountain block.
19. Bring L foot to R, step out 90�L (the way you were looking) into (R) back stance. Double knife-hand block middle.

1. Step 90� L into (L) obkubi. Downblock (L).
2. Twist body R, grab with L hand. Slide L foot to R, �feet should be facing the original �Joon Be� position. While still looking L, hammerfist (L). With feet together, twist back to 90� L. Step out (R) obkubi. Punch (R).
3. Turn 180�R into (R) obkubi. Downblock (R).
4. Twist body L, grab with R hand. Slide R foot to L, --feet should be facing the original �Joon Be� position. While still looking R, hammerfist (R). With feet together, twist back to 90� R. Step out (L) obkubi. Punch (L).
5. Step 90� L into (R) back stance. Double knife-hand block middle.
6. Feet together, set up hands for spear thrust. Step forward (R) obkubi and spear thrust (R). (L hand supporting R elbow.) Pull back spear and lift R foot back a little and �jump� back into obkubi and spear again. Immediately twist L and slide R foot in a little, and keeping your (L) hand under your (R) elbow, palm block low (R). (Palm should be facing outward)
7. Turn 270� L (you should be facing front again) and land in (R) back stance. Backfist (L).
8. Step forward into (R) obkubi and punch (R).
9. Turn 270� L and land in (R) back stance. Knife hand outward strike (L)
10. Step 90�R into (L) obkubi and knife chop to neck (L). Twist feet to horse stance and elbow (L). Cross fists straight out in front of you, lift L foot to R knee, bring L foot backwards into horse stance (you should be facing the same direction) and pull your fists back to your sides palm side up.
11. Step 90�L into (R) back stance. Middle block (L).
12. Step L foot out into (L) obkubi. Double punch (R, L)
13. Turn 180�R into (L) back stance. Knife hand outward strike (R).
14. Step 90�L into (R) obkubi and knife chop to neck (R). Twist feet to horse stance and elbow (R). Cross fists straight out in front of you, lift R foot to L knee, bring R foot backwards into horse stance (you should be facing the same direction) and pull your fists back to your sides palm side up.
15. Step 90�R into (L) back stance. Middle block (R).
16. Step R foot out into (R) obkubi. Double punch (L, R)
17. With the L foot fixed, turn the body 90� L and move the right foot up to L knee and down to riding stance while doing a double elbow in back by your sides.
18. Move the R foot swiftly toward the L and turn the body 90� R. Raise L foot out to side a bit, hands above head, make a circle down to your sides and end with R fist in L palm in front of your body. Cross fists out in front of you, squat down and step out L foot into horse stance and double elbow back.
19. Side kick (L) out to L side. Land in (L) obkubi facing 90� L and elbow strike (R). Kick up L foot to R knee, facing 90� R , step back into horse stance and double elbow back. (You should be facing the same direction as move 18)
20. Side kick (R) out to R side. Land in (R) obkubi facing 90� R and elbow strike (L). Kick up R foot to L knee, facing 90� L, step back into horse stance and double elbow back. (You should be facing the same direction as move 18)
21. Bring L foot to R, turn 90� L (with feet together) and step out into (L) obkubi. Wedge block, then uppercut.
22. Step forward into (R) obkubi. Wedge block, then uppercut.
23. Step forward (L) into horse stance so your body is facing 90�R. Palm strike (L)
24. Turn 180� R and land in horse stance. Double elbow back.
25. Bring L foot to R and turn 90� L. �Press� open palms down in front of body. Squat down with open hands out in front of you. Step L foot out L into horse stance and double elbow shoulder height out to the sides (keeping palms open. AKA �raise elbow escape�)

1. Step L into L obkubi, L face block, R punch
2. (180� R) R obkubi, R face block, L punch
3. (90�L) R back stance, double knife middle
4. Step forward R obkubi and spear hand R
5. Turn 360� L into L obkubi and backfist L
6. Step forward R obkubi and R backfist
7. Turn 270� L into L obkubi, L face block, R punch
8. (180� R) R obkubi, R face block, L punch
9. Turn almost 135� L, so you�re at an angle, and wedge block (L obkubi)
10. R front snap kick, double punch R,L (land in R obkubi)
11. Turn 90� R (you�re at an angle again) and wedge block (R obkubi)
12. L front snap kick, double punch L, R (land in L obkubi)
13. Slide L foot 45�L into L obkubi, and high block L
14. Step forward into R obkubi, high block R
15. 270� L into horse stance and L knife hand strike (R fist at side)
16. Slide L foot to R, slide out R into horse stance and R knife hand strike (L fist at side)
