I believe there is a danger facing the body of Christ today. In many ministries, from churches to the airwaves and literature, the Word of God is being regarded less and less as that standard. In its stead we find modern day prophets and apostles bringing their new revelations, miracles, and signs and wonders. How can we know what is really of God and what is not? There is a way. God has given us His Word by which to measure all that we encounter on our Christian journey He desires us to be discerning as we are exposed to teachings and practices that are declared to be from Him.
That's what The Lighthouse is all about. Its mission is to shed the Light of God's Word on the darkness of deception, and in love, to encourage the body to a deep, abiding walk with the Lord, using His Word as our standard. Only then, may we be equipped for every good work to which He calls us.
