- Openly threatened the gathering prior to the Second Sabbatt War

Jay McArthy once left a business card with the above words on it, in a bag containing the ash of Prince Valeri-Stanislaw Sikorski-Kharlamov's Childer, the late Marc Phlat.
Few individuals have the gall to issue a challenge of this magnitude, but McCarthy is one of them.
Jay entered the city early in 2001 in response to the infamous "Easter Dinner Massacre" which claimed the lives of 4 members of the Robinson family of Richmond Hill. The grisly details of the murders do not need to be repeated, but suffice it to say not even dental records remained to identify the bodies. The obvious supernatural influence in this killing drew McArthy to Toronto to hunt the culprit. In June 2001, McArthy attacked a gathering of kindred at Queens park, shooting down the Gangrel Gavin Sparks with 4 incredibly well placed rifle rounds, one to the throat and the other 3 to the head. The 4 silenced shots took 3 seconds to fire and Sparks didn't even have a chance to scream for help. Fellow Kindred were not even aware of the attack until they found Sparks' torpored corpse. Sparks survived on luck alone as his body fell behind some intervening terrain and prevented McArthy from administering the killing round, a .50 calibre white phosphorous tracer round.
It was later in the evening dicovered that the shots were fired from the roof of an apartment building nearly 400 yards away. Seneschal Veritas Ante went to investigate the site of the shooting and almost had his life claimed as well by a trapped explosive device placed on the rooftop beneath the abandoned backpack and rifle of McCarthy. The evidence of the shooting was destroyed by the blast.
The first appearance of this dangerous and enigmatic man is to be found in an etching of a witch hunter from an occult book written in 1778. Recently, it has been rumoured, he has been studying the arts of computers, heavy military technology, and firearms. Jay is a gun enthusiast with a collection of antique and extremely well made custom weapons. He is known under the following Names

game. There are many Kindred related references in this book.

Alexander Tolstoy- A known hunter for the Russin Orthodox church. Believed dead.
McArthy leaves the signature of a cross burned into the door of his intended victims, and has at least publically targeted the Toreador Caitlin, Brigadier Alistair-Gordon Lethbridge-Stuart, and Orville Godhew, as well as the ancient Gangrel Terry who dissapeared from Toronto without a trace.
McArthy is wanted in Canada as a suspected IRA terrorist and has been implicated in the fire that destroyed Industrial Illusions Incorporated, a Toronto based visual design company and claimed the life of it's owner Patrick O'Reilley. He is believed to be travelling with fellow suspected IRA terrorist Lady Persephone.
McArthy is still known to operate in the Toronto area from time to time, and it is believed that he is currently in the employ of Warlord Kharlamov, though he is willing to work for anyone for the right price.
