Veritas began his unlife in the clutches of the Sabbat. He awoke with no memory of his previous life to see a pack of Sabbat killing his sire. Completely unsure of what to do, Veritas joined the Sabbat.
It was only a few months after joining the Sabbat that Veritas became disillusioned with the organization�s mindless brutality and resolved to leave it. After coming in contact with agents of Valerie Stanislaw Sikorski-Kharlamov, Veritas fled his pack and came to Toronto.
While in Toronto, Veritas was known for his honesty, his honour (never forgetting or fudging a boon), and for his remarkable tolerance towards Malkavians. Veritas became Seneschal as a result of these abilities, as well as his combat prowess.
Unfortunately, Veritas� hubris got the better of him. Determined to the end the war without any further bloodshed amongst his friends, Veritas challenged the Sabbat Archbishop of Toronto to single combat. The Archbishop was beyond Veritas� abilities however and brought him into torpor.
At the end of his short existence, Veritas was once more forced to serve the Sabbat - turned into a War Ghoul and told to attack the Kindred of Toronto.
