Hoop Factory
Website Developer

After working at this camp for seven years, my friends and co-owners of the camp, Drew Hunter and Craig Perrault asked me to develop a website to spread the word about this top-notch camp.  It is easily the best camp I have worked and was glad to help out.  You can check it out at:

Basketball Coach
Lake Bonavista Community Basketball

This past year I coached a 12 & 13-year old  boys basketball team in a local Community Basketball League in Calgary on a volunteer basis.  We practiced twice a week and had at least one game each weekend.  I really enjoyed working with the kids and think we had a lot of fun.

Travel in Europe

After touring Ireland for a couple of weeks, I went to England to play basketball (see my basketball profile).  Following that, I travelled on my own to Paris, Heidelburg, Titisee, Innsbruck, Vienna, Salzburg, Munich, Saarlouis, and Amsterdam.

Nature Saskatchewan
Website Developer
Winter 1998

I created a website for this non-profit organization on a volunteer basis.  I knew nothing of website creation and/or HTML before I accepted the task. Through personal research and experimentation, the site was created and can be found at http://www.unibase.com/~naturesk

Habitat for Humanity
Insulation Installer
Summer 1995

I volunteered on weekends for this organization.  I installed insulation in the house we were building for a disadvantaged family in Regina.

DestinyCanada

Destiny Canada Conference
Upper Canada College
Toronto, Ontario
October 1991

I was selected to represent my high school at this national conference for youth on Canada's politcal future.  This conference featured such speakers as Pierre LaPierre (former host of CBC's This Hour Has 7 Days), Barbara McDougall (at the time, a Cabinet Minister in Brian Mulroney's government), and Peter C. Newman (author of numerous books and columnist for Maclean's magazine).  Based on my performance at the conference, I was selected as one of four delegates to represent their region as a delegate speaker during one of the final panels.
