my work on various planning projects. Through academic and professional
assignments, I have been involved in a number of projects in many locations.

This features the work I am currently doing for my Master's Degree Project. This project looks at how the changes brought by the Information Age will influence community design. This research will be applied to the Southeast Planning Area in Calgary.

The result of my work abroad in Spain. This project focused on how
to make the Ciutat Vella (Old City) a more livable and sustainable component
of the greater Barcelona area.
Working with the
City of Edmonton Planning Department, I was involved in developing the
plan for this new community in southwest Edmonton.
The Southeast Planning
Area design charrette was conducted to assist the City of Calgary Planning
Department with creating a community design for this key growth corridor
in the city.
(Under construction
) I was involved in this plan to help re-invigorate Red Deer's downtown
and help it to maintain its status as the heart of the city.
The Tuscany area
of northwest Calgary was the site for this project that incorporates ecological
processes into the planning process.
This section highlights some of my coursework in urban design.
This plan included input from the Faculty of Environmental Design, the City of Calgary, and residents of the Mission-Cliff Bungalow communities.
