After confirmation of availability, you will receive copies of the rental agreement which should be completed and returned to us together with your deposit by Euro cheque or bank transfer. A confirmation, a copy of the rental agreement and the final invoice will then be sent to you.
Rental information:
- Rental is subject to the signature of a rental agreement with the owner.

Prices are in Euros for the whole house for a maximum of 12 guests.

Lettings are from Saturday (5 pm) to Saturday (10.30 am). For shorter stays, other starting days can be arranged. Please let us know your preferences. We will try to accomodate your needs.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental is required at the time of booking. Payment of the balance will be due 4 weeks before the letting. We may cancel the reservation if full payment is not received by the due date. Guests are advised to arrange at the time of booking a comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover.

A refundable breakage deposit of 1000 Euros is required at the time of final payment and will be refunded upon departure less the cost of any damage.

Guests are asked to leave the house clean but cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge of 75 €.

Linen and towels can be provided upon request at no additional cost.

The rental includes all heating and logs for open fires in the winter .
- We cannot accept liability for injury, or loss or damage to personal property. Guests are advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance. A copy of the insurance certificate or a declaration will be required upon entry into the premises.
