The house has been beautifully renovated with a wealth of ancient beams, rustic terracotta floors on the ground floor and wooden floors upstairs, apparent stone walls in some rooms and stone fireplaces, carefully preserving its original charm while providing a high standard of comfort, style and harmony.
The house has a total floor area of 500 m2 (5,000 sq ft) on two levels and there is therefore ample space for the guests to be able to enjoy some privacy.

Express your creativity in the kitchen, which is equipped will all modern comfort and has ample crockery and ustensils.

Chillout in the double living room, which is generously proportioned and has two sofas, fireside chairs, two large open fireplaces and full Hi Fi system.

Gather in the large room adjacent to the verandah located at one of the extremity of the house. The room can be used either as a dining room or as a playroom. It has stone walls and beamed ceiling. It is 500 sq ft and can be converted into a large reception area with a capacity to easily seat 20 guests. Or more !

The adjacent glass verandah has direct views onto the park which you can access directly from there.

Write your post-cards in the office or rest there on the daybed which can sleep one additional guest at night.

 There is a separate room adjacent to the kitchen, with a deep freezer, an automatic washing machine, a dryer and an ironing table.
An oak staircase leads your from the hall to the spacious mezzanine where you will be able to settle with a good book or settle with a good dvd. From there, a corridor will lead you to the bedrooms, which have all been gathered on the first floor. Two of them face the fields adjacent to the house where you can usually find sunflowers in the summer. The remaining bedrooms have a view onto the park and enjoy sunlight all day.

The mezzanine, where you will find a full entertainment system and an eclectic collection of cds and dvds. There is a leather sofa and chair and plenty of cushions on the floors to relax.

2 bedroom suites with queen size beds and their private relaxing area. One of them has a fireplace and can sleep an additional two guests in its convertible sofa bed.

1 double bedroom with a queen size upholster bed and its own fireplace.

1 twin bedroom with wooden walls and 2 twin beds.

1 separate bathroom with bath and toilets to be shared between the non ensuite bedrooms.

 The bedrooms are large and airy, ranging from 15 m2 (150 sq ft.) to over 30 m2 (300 sq ft) allowing you to chose to have some privacy.
There is currently a total of 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets in the house.
