- Settle with a good book under a parasol and watch the day go by
- Laze the day away on the terrace

- Unwind in the patio sipping sundowners with the sound of your favorite cd and the scent of the steaks sizzling on the barbeque
- Enjoy al fresco dinner in the patio or under the stars in the garden

 The house lies within a 5,000 sqm. (50,000 sqft.) enclosed private park where you will find centenary trees and an orchard offering private shady corners where to sit and relax. There are many entertainment areas with sundeck, outdoor furniture as well as sun-loungers and hammocks for lazing the day away.The park is oriented south and has sun all day during the summer but you will be able to find some respite under a tree in the park, under one of the parasols by the pool or in the shaded patio.
 You will be able to take a dip in your own private swimming pool. There are plenty of sunbeds around, to sunbathe to your heart’s content or settle down to a good book under a parasol. The swimming pool is 10 by 4 metres, increasing in depth from 1 to 2 metres.
The large 70 m2 (700 sq ft) stone patio that stands by the pool is the perfect place to relax under a fan during the day or enjoy great foods and wines al fresco on the long summer evenings. It has great views of the pool romantically lit at night.
 Life outdoors would not be the same without a barbecue, so we have large barbecue in the patio and also a gas fired heater for use on cooler evenings. We have a fridge in one of the pool buildings where you can store your beers, wine and soft drinks ! There are plenty of unbreakable plates and glasses there too.
The more active ones will not be left restless either. There is lots of space in the park for ball games and bicycles are available in the house to explore the paths in the neighborhood. There is so much to do !
- A game ot badminton or cricket is always fun on the grassy area next to the pool
- Take one of the bikes avaiable in the house and take off to explore the neighborhood.
The region is one of the sunniest in France and the park is likely a place where you will want to spend time !
