I myself recently graduated m
agna cum laude from Appalachian State University (where my little brother is studying right now!) with a BS in Secondary English Education. 
Some might think my name is difficult to say now (Kill-ee-un), but after July, I will be Mrs. Huertero (Wear-tear-oh).  I will also answer to Mrs. Pedro.
Hi!  I'm Laura Killian, the newest English teacher at Fairmont High School.  I'm new to Fairmont, but not all that new to Robeson County.  While it's true that I talk funny because I am from Missouri, my family has been affiliated with this area for the past 5 years.  My dad works at UNCP, and my mom was a minister at St. Paul's
