You have discovered Season of Song, a production of RP Musicals.

Short for RolePlay Musicals, the original idea came from a thread on the forums of a now-dead site on the Redwall Online Community (better known as the ROC). It was a post where roleplayers wrote or re-wrote existing songs into scenes for their characters. It was a great deal of fun, but only had a short lifetime before it was wiped from the records forever by a routine cleaning of the board.

In June 2005, when the site had died and it was all but forgotten, RP Musicals was founded, first solely on a message board, and later expanding into a normal site, with members and activity slowly building up. Season of Song is original branch of the site. Set in the world of Brian Jacques' Redwall, it revolves around the lives of six young adventurers during tumultuous times in their lives. It follows their stories as they struggle with events that have been thrown into their lives, chronicles their tales as they mature from young ones to adults, and watches as they renew friendships and make decisions that impact the rest of their lives.

What we have put together so far is a compilation of most of the songs we have written for our various characters, and the plotline that strings them together, which is by no means finished. After significant overhauling, things are finally starting to look finished. Plot construction, always a formidable task, has finally been finished, and I'm now in the process of editing and re-working any holes that we might have. The songs are almost done as well - two are in the writing process, and the opening and closer to the show are considering migrating to the drawing board. With the inactivity due to my schedule lately, that's major progress!

As you all can see, this site has finally followed the lead of it's HP counterpart and transistioned to a more professional-looking medium. However, it's far from done, and most of what is missing is in plot, particularly from a certain person with three characters *coughMossacough*.
