The work is divided between the coordinators in all the schools, it includes the following:

1- Supervision on the activities of the students' groups in the activies related to the project in both schools.

2- Revision of the weekly Schedule of the project in order to get the students work in an organized way.

3- Encourage the students to work collabratively.

4-Revise the information and put it in the website.

5- Work with the help of the students to make the others have an idea.

Safaa Aljerdy was very active member in this activity.

6- Receive the emails, the comments, the information, from the students and other partcipants and visitors, and reply on the comments, encourage the students, thank the visitors

How did we make Announcement about the project

Dear Sirs,
Greetings,

We are conducting a new way in teaching depending on the internet and collaborative projects through out the world. We are a part of the World inks project, we are from Lattakia in Syria.
The project is about the life of astronauts in a spaceship.
our students have made a website for their project:

1- Printed and posted in the schools in English and Arabic.

2- We sent e-mails to others. We got some positive responese.

The students also wrote a notice on a peice of cardboard, and hanged them in the schools.
