When purchasing tickets, please complete and print and mail the Ticket Request & Survey Forms with your cheque or money order to the address on the Ticket Request Form. Once your payment is received, you will receive a "Confirmation Email". If you didn't receive the confirmation email, it means we did not receive your payment.
