Talinar Clan Warrior
Clan Warriors are the noble or elite cast of warriors in the Talinar Clans.
Though they can vary greatly in rank whatever position they hold is one of respect. A Clan Warrior may not be sworn to a Lord but they are all sworn to a clan. Clan Warriors are masters of combat.
Requirements:
Must Be Lawful
Must Be Lower Upper Class or higher status by birth or chosen by a Clan Lord.
Restriction:
Gain no level based feats until 15th level

Skill Points at 1st level: (4 + Int modifier) x4.
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 4 + Int modifier.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency:
A fighter is proficient with all simple and martial weapons and with medium and light armor. She is also proficient with all shields but tower shields.

Kiai Smite
Starting at 2nd level a clan warrior can release a great shout bonding herself to her weapon for moment. As a clan warrior shouts (a free action) her next melee attack gains a bonus to her attack roll equal to her charisma modifier and damage bonus equal to her clan warrior level.
Kiai Shout
At 5th level a clan warrior can release a battle cry that is able to strike fear into the heart of her opponent. She gains a +4 on intimidate checks and can demoralize an opponent (as the Intimidate skill, pg 76 of the PHB) as long as they are able to hear him.
Mass Kiai Shout
At 9th level a clan warrior can focus Kiai Shout to cower numerous foes. A clan warrior can demoralize all opponents within 30ft who are able to hear him.
Improved Kiai Shout
At 13th level a clan warrior can demoralize a single opponent now as a move action.
Great Kiai Shout
At 18th level a clan warrior can demoralize using her Mass Kiai Shout as a move action.
Terrifying Kiai
At 20th level a clan warrior can panic opponents using her Mass Kiai Shout who are ½ her level or lower. Or equal to her level if she targets only one opponent with her Kiai Shout. Only the greatest clan warriors ever master this powerful shout.
