The southern portion of the south has a culture that is all its own. The south has lifestyles from the smallest of towns to the major metropolitan centers. While the misconception is largely around that the south is made up, rather exclusively, of very small towns. All of the people look as though they walked off the set of Mayberry or the Beverly Hillbillys.



From the way the south is proported in most movies, you would expect every southern town to look like a Gone With The Wind - segregation included.
