~EVIL CREATURES~

Evil creatures are the ones you will command as a keeper. You can have 14 different types of creatures, imps and the horned reaper...
Many creatures are placed before you to take control over, from the not so powerful Goblin to the powerful Dark Angel, from the sadistic Dark Mistress to the work loving Trolls.

For more information and descriptions about the different kinds of evil creatures in you command read the following guide:

Creature: Imp
Attracted by: N/A
Job class: Scout
Combat class: doesn't fight
Spells: (2)Speed, (3)Teleport
Enemies: enemy Imps and Dwarves
Description: The dungeon's main workforce, Imps are a breed apart - and even appear to have their own culture. They are created entirely by magic and cost mana to sustain. As it is the Keeper who provides this mana, the Imps serve him without question. They never get unhappy, no matter what task the Keeper sets them.

Creature: Goblin
Attracted by: Lair (5x5)
Job class: Fighter
Combat class: Flanker
Spells: None
Enemies: Dwarves
Description: What self-respecting dungeon would exist without a good amount of these creatures? Goblins excel at nothing, but they are all eager and willing to serve. No master is too evil for them, although they are often picked-on by other creatures. You can rely on them in combat so long as the enemy isn't too big; 'weight of numbers' seems to be their motto.

Creature: Warlock
Attracted by: Library
Job class: Thinker
Combat class: Support
Spells: (2)Fireball, (3)Heal Creature, (4)Firebomb
Enemies: Wizards, vampires
Description: Evil sorcerers, Warlocks are shunned by the overland world and seek shelter and employment in the dungeons below. They crave knowledge, and will gladly ally with any Keeper prepared to allow access to his Dark Libraries.

Creature: Firefly
Attracted by: Lair
Job class: Scout
Combat class: Flanker
Spells: none
Enemies: ?
Description: With their own personal light-source, these creatures are adept at exploring all the nooks and crannies that any expanding dungeon will uncover. They are swift enough to avoid most trouble, and can even fly over hostile terrain to get to those hard-to-reach places.

Creature: Troll
Attracted by: Workshop
Job class: Manufactering
Combat class: Blocker
Spells: None
Enemies: ?
Description: 'Large and ugly' is how most people describe these creatures. Their redemption is the fact that they are strong and a dab hand at building or dismantling things. Granted, their building technique is limited to bashing things together until they stick, and their dismantling technique is much the same. Still, they are a useful addition to any dungeon.

Creature: Dark Elf
Attracted by: Guard room
Job class: Fighter/guard
Combat class: Support
Spells: (2)Arrow, (3)Knifes, (4)Guided Bolt,
Sniper Mode (use the insert-key to zoom in/zoom out the target...)
Enemies: Elven Archers, Dwarves
Description: Somewhere back in ancient history, a race of Elves shunned the overland world in favour of the dark caverns beneath. Thus was the Dark Elf born. Centuries of life underground have created an intelligent, yet utterly evil, race of people. They are superbly adapted for underground life and have developed a keen eye, using their crossbows with devastating effect from the back row.

Creature: Skeleton
Attracted by: Prison, (from dead prisoners...)
Job class: Fighter
Combat class: Blocker
Spells: None
Enemies: Bile Demons
Description: Animated from the corpses littering any well-defended dungeon, skeletons are superb guards. They don't get hungry, don't need payment, and don't get bored. Unfortunately, because they are only made of bone, they tend to break really easily. Also they aren't too hot in the brains department, and tend to make lousy researchers.

Creature: Dark Mistress
Attracted by: Torture Chamber
Job class: Fighter
Combat class: Blitzer
Spells: (2)Lightning, (3)Freeze, (4)Hailstorm
Enemies: Fairies
Description: These leather-clad women love pain in all of its guises. They love the screams of the tortured and are also partial to a bit themselves. They have no respect for their own well-being and will gladly throw themselves into combat, even if it looks like they have no chance. Anything to get a brief taste of sweet pain!

Creature: Salamander
Attracted by: Training room
Job class: Fighter
Combat class: Flanker
Spells: (2)Fireball, (3)Spit
Enemies: ?
Description: Salamanders are lizards that have adapted to life surrounded by lava. They make good-enough support troops for fledgling dungeons, and their immunity to lava is an absolute god-send in certain situations.

Creature: Rogue
Attracted by: Casino
Job class: Scout, Thief
Combat class: Flanker
Spells: (1)Invisibility, (5)Espionge
Enemies: ?
Description: Stealth and surprise are the watchwords of the Rogue community. They are cut-throats, brigands, mercenaries and other undesirables that have good reasons for not returning to the overland world. They skulk around in the darkest corners of whatever dungeon will hire them and when called into combat will never attack an enemy from the front if they can help it. Leaving them next to unguarded gold is never a wise move.

Creature: Bile Demon
Attracted by: Hatchery (5x5) + Lair (3x3) + Workshop (3x3)
Job class: Fighing, manufactering
Combat class: Blocker
Spells: (2)Gas-cloud, (3)Gas-missile, (4)Dwarf Throwing
Enemies: Skeletons, Giants
Description: Huge, bloated creatures with terrible bowel control, Bile Demons are predominantly fighters (although this seems to be largely due to their strength and bulk rather than any skill on their part). They are also fairly accomplished workers, able to bang out rudimentary doors and traps in the Workshops.

Creature: Vampire
Attracted by: Graveyard (requires a certain number of corpses)
Job class: Thinker
Combat class: Blitzer
Spells: (2)Slow, (3)Drain, (4)Raise Dead, (5)Turn Into Bat,
(6)Hypnotize
Enemies: Monks
Description: Lords of the undead, Vampires are created from the decaying souls of the dead. They emerge from their Graveyards in search of blood, that and a decent book; it's as dull as anything being dead!

Creature: Black Knight
Attracted by: Combat pit (also attracted in combination with the Torture Chamber)
Job class: Fighter
Combat class: Blocker
Spells: None
Enemies: Knights
Description: Black Knights disdain honour and goodness, preferring to embrace evil and all of its ways. They are adept in the use of the sword and their plate armour means that they can take a lot of punishment in a fight.

Creature: Dark Angel
Attracted by: Temple (5x5 - attracts two)
Job class: Fighter, thinker
Combat class: Blitzer
Spells: (2)Disruption, (3)Hailstorm, (4)Skeleton Army
Enemies: Fairies, Monks
Description: Once-divine heroes that have fallen from grace, Dark Angels make fearsome opponents. They can quickly summon skeletal hordes to aid them in combat. Not that they need them of course; it just goes with the overall image.

Creature: Horned Reaper
Attracted by: N/A
Job class: N/A
Combat class: N/A
Spells: ???
Enemies: All enemy creatures (and chickens)
Description: Horny is the ultimate dungeon creature. Reapers are ferocious fighters who seem to thrive on slaughtering opponents without mercy. They are singular in their quest to retrieve the level gem, and won't let anything stand in their path. For some strange reason they have an irrational hatred of chickens, and will go out of their way to squish them.
