The Queen of the Damned
1988
This book is about many different characters, both new and old. Basically, it's about how they are related to Lestat.
Akasha, the Queen of the Damned, comes back to life, and goes on a killing spree, on which she kills everyone she can, except for the ones Lestat love, since she's in love with him.
She "kidnaps" Lestat, and all of the surviving vampires come together in Sonoma to discuss what to do. A story about how it all began is told, about old Egypt, 6000 years ago. How the vampires first came to life
Actually, I could write five more pages about this book, but if I did that, I'd go too deep in every character, so I'll just stop here
But some of the characters in the book are: Lestat, Louis, Armand, Daniel, Akasha, Gabrielle, Marius, Maharet, SantinoAnd many more

My comments

I love this book. It's one of my three favorites. It has its boring parts though. When Lestat is with Akasha...That part wasn't as interesting as the others. But there was one thing I liked about it: Lestat described himself having an erection, and according to me, that means vampires can have sex.
But I loved it when Maharet told her story...I know the story by heart*s*
