Dear Diary...

I know I started this page to keep my friends and family up to date.  I suck I know.  I didn't make one entry for October even though it included two of my dearest friends birthdays (ok it included 3 of dearest friends birthdays, but I'm not allowed to acknowledge one) and the best holiday, All Hollow's Eve otherwise known as Halloween or Samhain. 

Kate's birthday was great, gotta love that Disco bowling.  Having a lot on my mind that evening, I opted to just watch everyone, but they appeared to have a good time, and most importantly, the birthday girl had a good time.

The very next weekend was Ann's birthday.  Richie and I managed to pull the surprise off very well I think.  While I'm sworn to secrecy, I will say the following:

Gummi Bears will never be the same,

Flirtinis rule,

and don't be sad...SYP!

I guess you just had to be there.

Now Halloween is my favorite of favorite Holiday's, but this year it just wasn't the same.  Ever year for the past 4 or 5 years we've had a tradition that sadly came to an end with the loss of Ruth last year.  I did have a private toast to her memory and somehow know she was up there winking down on me.

I did manage to dress up for work, the link to some of the photos can be found in the photo section.  The best costume hands down goes to Chantel as Tinkerbell and huge Kudos to Cat who made the costume.  I hope to have her website updated soon as well.

Major news of the month.  Mom moved in and the Barbie convertible LeBaron is gone.  I have faith that both of these are for the best.  Mom moving is already proving to be for the best.  I have a cleaner house, somebody who likes the same shows I do, and it's so much easier just knocking on Mom's door when I want to chat.  But I can't see yet how my Issy going away is for the best.  Sigh...
