Macintosh OS is the initiator of the GUI developed by Apple Computers. From its beginnings, Mac OS was deliberately reduced in its functions so as to appear as user-friendly to the consumer who was not comfortable with the other available, relatively challenging OS. The various features that distinguish Mac OS from other OS include the following:

Color Sync

Consists of the continuous change in color of the screen or the printer. This technology is based on the philosophy upon which the human perception requires attentiveness.

Plain Talk

A technology that allows the user to input orders by matter of speech.

 Quick Draw

A 2-Dimension graphics library, being the first imaging model to provide What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) capabilities.

Quick Time

Supports audio-visual editing and playback, virtual reality motion, and multimedia streaming.

True Type

Provides the user with complete control of the font used from manner of display to the level of pixel distribution.
