Neon can predict the future with her nen, but she can't predict her own future. She doesn't know she's writing it either, 'cause she just goes to a state of trance and the (not so) Lovely Ghost Writer does it for her. She doesn't wanna see her predictions either. She's an awfully spoiled and sometimes bratty girl but it's mainly her father's fault (I don't think Right really cares about his daughter. He just uses her nen abilities to benefit himself). Neon isn't dumb. She knows about her father's escapades with other women (her mother wasn't mentioned. Maybe she's dead). She was also clever enough to escape Kurapika's watchful eye.
