              Amazing Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4C butter                                                  2/3 C evaporated milk
1/2C sifted cocoa                                         dash of salt
1C sugar                                                      1 tsp vanilla

Method:
Combine all ingredients in pot over med-high heat;stir constantly until mixture is difficult to "stir down".Start timing for 1 minute while continuing to stir.Remove from heat;cool slightly.Serve on ice cream..yum!
           Best-Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2/3C margarine                                 2 tsps vanilla
2/3C shortening                                2 eggs
1C white sugar                                 2 1/2C flour
1C brown sugar                                1 tsp baking soda
                           1 bag chocolate chips

Method:
Cream margarine and shortening in large bowl.Add sugars and beat.Add vanilla,then eggs, one at a time,beating well after each addition.On low speed,gradually add flour mixed with baking soda.Blend only until dry ingredients are incorporated.Stir in chocolate chips.Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.Bake at 350*
for 8-10 min;cookies should be very light brown.Remove from oven and transfer cookies to wire racks to
cool.
                                   Million Dollar Squares(aka Asshole's Wife's Squares)
Ingredients:
1 box Ritz crackers             
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1pkg Skor toffee bits 
1 can French Vanilla frosting       
                                
                                             
Method:
Crush Ritz into small crumbs.Place in bowl with toffee  bits and condensed milk.Mix well.Press into greased 9x13   pan.Chill for 20 minutes.Ice with can of frosting.Return to fridge to chill for an hour.Cut into squares.
      Chocolate Butterscotch Ripple Squares
Ingredients:
1 pkg butterscotch chipits                                   1C butter                
1  can sweetened condensed  milk                     1 1/2 tsps vanilla                            
2 Tbsps  butter                                                    1 1/2C flour
2 1/4C brown sugar,packed                                 2/3C quick oats
2 eggs                                                                 1/3C cocoa
                                         1C pecans,chopped 

Method:
Melt together chipits,milk and 2Tbsps butter over low heat.Stir often till smoothly melted.set aside.Melt second amount of butter(1C)in large pot over low heat.When melted,remove from heat and stir in brown sugar,eggs and vanilla.Mix well.Stir in flour,oats,cocoa and pecans.Mix well. Spread half of this mixture in greased 9x13 pan.Pour butterscotch mixture evnly over base.Dot spoonfuls of remaining chocolate batter over to to cover.Spread very lightly with knife.Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or till set.Cool completely,then cut into squares.

                                                     Butterscotch Marshmallow Squares

Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup peanut butter
1 bag butterscotch chipits
1 454g bag coloured mini marshmallows
Method:
In a large pot over low heat melt margarine with peanut butter,Stir in bag of butterscotch chipits and stir until melted.Remove from  heat and cool until pot is cool to touch(abbout 10 minutes)Fold in almost the entire bag of marshmallows and stir around to coat with butterscotch mixture.Spread evenly in a greased 13x9 pan.Cool for 2 hours and cut into squares.These are best eaten/served very cold.
                                 Fudge Brownies
Ingredients:
1 1/3 C flour                                                        2/3 C oil
2 C sugar                                                             4 eggs(lightly beaten)
3/4 C cocoa                                                         2 tsps vanilla
1tsp baking powder                                           1 c nuts(optional)
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Combine first 6 ingredients(dry) in a large bowl.In another bowl mix eggs,oil,vanilla(and nuts).Add wet to dry ingredients.Stir well but do not overmix.Spread in a waxed paper-lined 13x9 pan(coat pan with nonstick spray,then line with waxed paper.)Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.Cool completely.
Frost with chocolate icing(golden flavoured crisco,icing sugar,milk,cocoa.)Cut into squares.
