HOT ITALIAN SAUSAGES AND PEPPERS
Ingredients:
1 pkg hot Italian sausages                    1 or 2 cans crushed tomatoes
2 green peppers                               1 tsp Italian seasoning  
1 red pepper                                  1 clove garlic(optional)

Method:Cut slightly frozen sausages into bite-sized pieces.Boil until no longer pink(about 20 minutes).Meanwhile,chop peppers into small pieces and place in large pot with tomatoes and seasonings.When sausages are cooked,drain and rinse well,then add to tomato mixture.Cook over medium heat for about an hour until vegetables are tender.Serve on rice or pasta.

                                                      Baked Ham
Ingredients:
1 smoked pre-cooked ham(2 pounds)
1/2 C brown sugar
1 can crushed pineapple

Method:
In a casserole dish,stir together pineapple and brown sugar.Pierce ham all over with a fork,then place cut side down in mixture.Spoon pineapple mixture over ham to baste.Cover with a tent of foil.Bake  at 325*1 1/2 hours.
After 45 min,turn ham on its side,baste and continue to bake it on this angle.
