The Weyr

Ksatria is set right alongside the beach, in a secluded cove that keeps the large waves from breaking too close to the weyr. Firelizards are abundant here, weyrbrats are encouraged to wander the beaches to collect eggs.

The dragonriders live in small huts on the beach, while the dragons sleep outside in cleared spots. The large caves are made for weyrling and candidate barracks

Ksatria is set along Island River, and it supplies the weyr with its fresh water. The water collects in small ponds such as this, untouched by salt.
