This is my baby. A 1977 Fender Stratcaster that I bought from a Denver Colorado Music store back in 2000. It's sweet, and is unlike any other guitar I've owned, it but it has some  of it's own 70's CBS era problems -  like cheap chromed hardware, and plastic wiring, .05 Tone Cap.  Even though it was a 70's era guitar, there is something special about this guitar and I have fallen inlove with it.   I intend to rebuild it into a better guitar and replace the chrome hardware with steel and  the non-stock replacement Neck Pickups and the worn neck.  I'm in the process of upgrading this guitar to 1962 spec (white pickguard with sheild plate (Texas Specials, CRL  Switch, CTS Pots, .01 Tonecap, Cloth wire).  Other parts like a vintage 1962  Bridge and and re-issue 60's Fender neck. These are the before pictures
