His Majesty the King and His Regent's Council (Royal Council/Cabinett) of chiefs (chief advicers/secretarys/ministers) makes up the Executive branch. The Regent's Council is not elected officials but are skilled in their field of representation.

Personel of profession with great expertice on its field of office. The Cabinet is not elected ones and not politicians, but hired on due to their field of professional skill. Such a minister/ member of the Regent's Council can be fired if 2/3 of the members of Parliament so wishes. Each minister is head of its department. In Parliament the Regent's Council Chief is the parliamentaryleader of the cabinet, as they are to be present during discussions of their field of expertice. With the offices follows no titles of nobility.

-The Council Chief is head of the department of the interior. As head of the Regent's Council he assign acts of Parliament to the respectful Council member and other assignments as given him by the President after wish of Parliament.
