Top priority for the law and its upholders is the integrity of the individual, the sacredness of privacy, private property and the interests of the individual and also freedom, wellbeing and safety within Homeland for the individual and protection for the threat against the above.
The freedom to speech shall be use with caution, so that it wont offend nor in any other way won't damage the honor of others. It shall be used wisely.
As an official religion-of-state ceased to exist some years ago, no one, lest the parents or legal guardians so wishes, shall by birth belong to any religious organization.
The law and the legal system shall make no difference nor exemptions due to any religion and spiritual faith. As it is not uniting by the principle of equality to the law.
Laws can be made retrospective if a law is needed to cover up a need within the legal system, due to the incomplete set of laws that might affect a new situation for the fairly newborn legal system of any young nation.
The building "Block of Law and Order" in North Rebeland, is housing the Department of Justice, offices for all the authorized lawyers, National Police Headquarters and Courts of Law, with the exception of the Supreme Court, -which with the office of the Supreme Court justice: George H.W. Bush, is located in Ekholdt.
Local Courts:
On March 13th 1997, the organization of the court system was officially declared functioning.
Homeland is divided into three court-zones, each with is own court (doms-ting);
-Jalund Domsting with Judge Dan Duglas
-Varna Domsting with Judge Patric Henry
and
-Laura Domsting with Judge Andrew Bork
(Varna Domsting makes up Ekholdt, Old Homeland, G.A.R., Old Friendie Homeland, the WettCoast, Beregi and Longdyke)

The ten national paragraphs of basic for the Kingdom of Homeland, put into action and ratified by His Majesty King William 1st, the Chief of the Armed Forces, the Royal Security council, the Presidency, the Prime minister, the Secretary of defense, the secretary of justice and the nobility of the realm in a Extra Ordinary Royal National Assembly on Vaerne Kloster Gaard in the District of Great Ancient Region November 10th 1997.

The Patriotic Nation of the Kingdom of Homeland is a free, independent and inseparable Realm. Its form of government is a Monarchy-Republic.

His Majesty the King is the supreme protector of the people and commander of the armed forces. The Line of succession is set by the Noble Council*
