This picture was taken in Ensenada, Mexico back in nineteen forgotten. :) I was with friends i went to school with back in Centro Escolar University in Manila who was living in San Diego then. We decided to go and have a drive past the Tijuana Border of San Diego and Mexico and check out Ensenada instead. It was a three hour drive from the border. Here, the area wasn't that great (people usually come here to scuba dive if i'm not mistaken). Party wise, all the alcohol was a $1.00 US each (an alcoholics paradise!) but... you have to pay .25 cents US coin for the tissue paper whenever you go to use their bathroom :).
