| The Akira class is a warship that has been designed to combat both the Borg and Dominion threats. History The Akira class is a post Wolf 359 ship that was created for the Borg threat. When the Dominion threat surfaced the Akira went into production to help in the Dominion War. They have been vital in many battles including the Sector 001 Conflict, the retake of Deep Space Nine, and the Federation invasion of the Chin'toka System. |
