Trip to Cobh
Well Guys its that time of year again where the Kenley Krew head south to pay homage to the Land of "The Jew". Hopefully he will be playing there with his band.. Mock-drumming to the backing track and looking all moody and rock star like - Maz of course will be gazing and drooling up at him while simultaneously (apparently women can do 2 things at one ?!?!?!?) keeping an evil eye out for any little slutty groupies eyeing up Garry - "The Durty Dogs !!!!" Hopefully the plan is to re-create the atmosphere that was The Original Trip to Jew Town - made by pioneering socialites Sabrina, Connor O'F, Maz & Alo. A great day was had then - with the Sun splitting the stones - some of us bronzing others burning to a crisp all the while enjoying ourselves especially pint bottle of Bulmers with copious amounts of ice.... mmmmmmmmm. Also Joan’s amazing dancing and stumbling almost resulted in her own death and that of Maz - but thanks to a soft landing against a steel fire escape they survived with major bruising - though Joan didn't seem to notice. She just kept on dancing and flirting with Bog The Donkey - though this then turned to stalking like harassment and she was asked to go away and leave them alone... getting home that night was rather hard as well - The Local Gardai were involved in the search for a cab - even though many of them were offered the price of a deposit for a house in Cobh - they refused. But eventually we managed to blag our way into a car with one of the organizers of the Fota Irish Open (also on the same week) - Anyway I'm rambling now - most of that should really have gone in the 'Latest News' but its comfortable out here!
Basically - we're on our way down to Cobh - to enjoy the festival, have a few alcoholic beverages with the locals, enjoy the atmosphere and music and try not to get arrested or get into fights with the locals ( you have been warned - Maz & Joan)

Structures Birthday
Well Structures is hitting the BIG 23 this Friday.. I think ? well we are celebrating it anyway on Friday 27 Sept. De Kenley lads are all going on the piss in town with our latest member Darragh Murphy aka Weird Fish Oh and without Daz.. he can't make it as he is over in the states.. Where? Well no fixed venu as of yet. but more than likely a few Public Houses will be viseted.. basically where ever the Stout and the female talent is up to the high Kenley ISO 9008 Women standards.
Also Alo and Paul K's birthdays are looming in the distance as well Alo's will be 26 on the 13th and Paul will be 1/4 of a century on the 12th No plans as of yet but we'll keep ye posted !!! <\p>
Summer BBQ at No 20 on Sat 20th July 2002
Well its BBQ time again, well it has been for some time now... but as ye all know the weather has been shite !!!! Any way the party organiser - Quarter Master General O'Brien is in full organizing mode at the moment... the numbers seem to be growing every minute - close to 30 so far, this is probably being helped by the success of last year's BBQ. So we'll probably have at least 2-3 BBQ's actually going at once to feed the starving masses...Anyway hopefully the weather will be nice and hot for it Oooohhhh almost forgot to mention.... just in case you're still undecided there will be a keg with a cooler.. of course... mmmmmmm mouth watering yet ????............................... Brian O'Dwyers Birthday Party
Well so far most of the gang have been invited up to the wilds of Tipp and Killenaule for a Bash on Friday night.. As far as I know it will involve a nice meal in Clonmel and then a few beverages... well who are we kidding after and during the meal we'll be getting rat-aresed. Thankfully this night is ONE where Sabrina won't be able to "go to the bathroom... back in a minute" and end up at home... sadly Sabrina Wilton don't do pickups in Tipp...

Oh good F*&ing God !!!!!... If we will be waiting this long for the engagement party imagine when a wedding date will be set.... Its almost been a month and a half now and still no news of where or even when this will happen.... grass growing under feet.... hmmm
De Bur'day Boys
Well Connor's 25th and Giovanni's "21st"..ahem.... well in or around then but a joint "Party" ie one mental pissup !!!! and that is on the weekend of the 1st of March so clear ye're calenders for that date. Also it's Rachel Butlers 25th on the same weekend and no doubt there will be something in the pipline for that too..... More details to follow :)
Graduation Post - Mortem
Bloddy hell where do I start..........
Well the whole ceremony started a little late... surprise surprise !
Finding your seat was in itself worthy of a degree award... then began the
waiting, and a little sleeping ...zzzzzz.. zz..zz.. Oh Yeah .. ! Oh Sorry can't
put that up here. Anyway well once the ceremony and the applause was over the
rush and crush for the Photo's began... God help us all how did we survive it at
all with our sanity intact or should I say with what sanity we had at the start
of the day. " And now one with you posing with the water cooler " " And one with
you with the person who cleans the windows..." and on, and on and on...
aaagggghhhhhh other than all that it was a pretty cool day... some parents of
certain people were overheard to say "It's great isn't it !, amazing really, I
never though this day would ever come ! " YE KNOW WHO YE ARE !!!!! Well I'm one
of 'em, but, ha who cares really..... ????
Anyway after the photo's were over the sprint into town for food began,
that is if you could actually get out of the CIT car park, though some cute
hures did park out around the estates but they still had a bit of hassel. Anyway
Alo went to Cloud's in The Imperial, Daz went to Pi and they met up for 1, I
know people, yes that was not a typo 1 pint in Souths after!!!!! Anyway Sabrina
went to the Kingsley. Details from here on will be slightly sketchy and
blurred.

Well anyway all de gang met up in The Rochestown Park Hotel Bar before the actuall ball for a lot of alcohollic beverages...some of us had been waiting 6 years for this... Anyway we were all there, even Brian and Danielle... photo's will be put up at SOME stage.. have to lay our hands on a decent scanner !!! anyway a MAD night was had loads of photo's were drunk and lots of drink taken.... I think.... Sadly Daz was visably absent for most of the night he had been "charming" his lady for most of de night... I forget her name but I remember Daz did say he "felt emabarassed as she looked like she was 12".. she was kinda cute though but yeah did look a little young... Alo was even BANNED from going into The Oak with Daz to pick her up... never got to the REAL bottom of that one...never mind anyway.. Attempts to take pics of de 2 were in vain !!
The Band were pretty good and so was de DJ... not really my words but comments from people I interviewed in a frantic effort to piece together that night. The Band was Picture House who I have seen a few times before ( and can remember ). There was no real scandal that night as far as anyone knows... sadly all our spy's were pissed out of their tiny little minds or were involved in Slapper activities themselves... We may never know.. the only slight bit of activity was that Alo and Cilla decided to do a little re-enactment of activities from de past in de middle of de dance floor.. most people weren't that shocked, some were,.. some aparently tried to steal camera's to capture the moment, but at that hour of de night quickly forgot what f&*k they were doing in a matter of nano-seconds... "...Hic.. fuck..need.. hic..more..hic.. drink.."

Graduation Update :)
Well here's the scenario so far shoppers... The Ball is on in The Rochestown Park begining at 10pm, and the main act for the night is Picture House, so I'm sure the £10 ticket fee will be more than worth it !! As Joan is going the hotel have ordered in a reserve of finw wine....just in case ! Wouldn't want to run dry ! So far the known attendee's are Alo, Daz, Structures & Linda, Liz & Paul, De Jew & Maz, Joan, Rachel B, Connor + 1 (can't remember her name at the mo, though we can give a detailed description if needed ! - at last Silvia) also some of Daz's friends... unsure of who yet but ye will be given prior notice and warning ! It has come to our attention that Certain individuals, who shall remain nameless (for the time being anyway he he :) ), are in the process of booking rooms/lovedens for the night in the Hotel...... mmmmmm hopefully we shall have many of our esteemed slappers going for the coveted Slapper of The Week Award... though we may have to rename the award for the night that's in it to Slapper Of The Night award, you never know former pairings may be revisited and reinacted and this also provides a great oppurtunity to gain photographic evidence of act's in progress.... in case of any future trials and/or court hearings !!!!
So slappers get out that makeup, aftershave and glad rags and Happy Hunting !!!!! Oh and beware you never know who's looking or when a camera may be pointed in your direction. Also this just in also going will be Declan, Jen + Hal, Emma, Rachel B had to pull out also possible guest appearences may be made by Brian O'Dwyer and Danielle !!! And Daz has snared himself a date for the ball.
October Birthdays...
Alo's 25th Birthday is descending fast Sat 13th
as well as Paul's on the 12th... No actual plans have been finalised though
there are stong indications that alcoholic substances will be involved... stay
tuned for updates !!
Graduation !!!!!!
Alo, Daz and Sabrina, have at last graduated from
college !!! The road was long but they had fun along the way (Well they think
they did.... the memories are a little blurred, though some memories are best
forgotten !!! - those involved know what we're talking about !!!!) Graduation
is on November 2nd at 3:15pm in the C.I.T .... where else ? Then a night of
unprecedented drinking, self-abuse, and as much debauchery as possible !
