| I chose to construct the rudder and elevator from clear white pine. It is basically 3/4" square pieces glued together as seen in the pictures. I did not build the rudder or elevator to the print, however, I did keep the same areas for both the stationary and control surfaces. I chose a simpler design to conserve time. Plywood gussets are glued on both sides to add strength to the joints. More to Come... |
