Project Plan & Build Status
The power plant for this project is a Kawasaki 440c.  It is a two stroke 40-48hp engine that should work fairly well is this application.  The exhaust is a Torque Tuned expansion chamber and muffler in one.

The engine will be mounted inverted and I will be running a belt reduction drive.

I will be building a cog belt reduction drive from billet aluminum. It will be a ~3:1 reduction which will allow the prop to spin at ~2000rpm.

I will be running a 68" Warp Drive, three blade, carbon fiber, ground adjustable propeller.
