1. How do I calculate my ideal body weight?

For male

[Your height (cm)- 100]x 0.9== XXXX kg

For female

[Your height (cm)- 100]x 0.8== XXXX kg

2. How come some people eat so much but yet don't gain weight?

You eat so much and don't gain weight because your body has ideal body fat.

An ideal body fat is as follow
For male below 30 years old: 14- 17%
For female below 30 years old: 20-24%

3. Ever wondered why some girls are so slim but when they eat they gained weight?
Some girls are slim but their body fat is high (above the ideal body fat) and when they eat, they gain weight; when they diet, they loose weight.
That means their body weight is like yo- yo, up and down, have to control their eating habits for their whole life!!!!

4. How do I calculate my body fat then?

I have a special scale to measure your body fat based on your height, gender and age.

5. How to loose weight then?

In order for your body to perform your daily activities
For a male, you need 2500 calories
For a female, you need 2000 calories

By Consuming the right amount of calories, you can loose weight.
If one day you consume 1000 calories in your food intake, the remaining 1000-1500 (depends on gender) calories are burned from your body fat.

If you burn 1000 calories from your body fat daily
In a week you can burn 7000 calories

For 7700 calories you loose, you loose 1 kg
That means you loose 1 kg each week!

Loose the body fat!!! Not your muscle or water from your body!!!!

6. You talk so much about loosing weight, what about gaining weight?

Same principle like loosing weight. For every 7700 calories you gain, you gain 1 kg. Gain weight also must gain in the right place and not in the belly!!!

So still interested in loosing gaining weight????
