This is one of the privately owned stalls that is situated in the main shopping area every year. They offer a limited range of services, but what they do do is cheap and of good quality - if you don't mind waiting in line for an hour or two. From what I have seen, the majority of people opt for either a complete bleaching of their hair, and most girls go for streaks. Last year you could get two streaks for $5, no matter how long your hair was, and bleaching was only a little bit more. They also offer hairdye in various colours that will wash out after 6-8 washes.
