| Kidney Bean Soup | |
| 3 cans of red kidney beans chicken broth olive oil 1 lb. of sausage celery 3 bay leaves 1 bag rice |
1 green bell pepper dash of salt 1 medium onion cyan pepper 1 garlic clove cracked pepper scallons |
| For lunch or dinner | |
| 1. Cut sausage into cube size bites. 2. Cook rice according to package directions. 3. Throughly cook sausage in olive oil; add salt, cyan pepper, cracked pepper to taste. 4. Dice up onion, bell pepper, garlic and celery; set aside. 5. In a large sauce pan add chicken broth; bring to semi-boil. 6. Add veggies and boil for 3 minutes. 7. Turn heat down, add sausage and simmer for 20 minutes. 8. Garnish with rice and scallons. | |
