Dinner

Lemon Pepper Suprise
Boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
Green pepper
Baby carrots
Lemon pepper seasoning
Onion
Snap peas
butter
Reynolds wrap
Awesome served over white minute rice.
The flavor of it all together is great.
1. Tear off at least 4 big pieces of reynolds wrap.
2. Put 2 tenderloins and a tblsp of butter on each piece of foil.
3. Cut up some onions, green peppers, snap peas, and baby carrots, add on top of chicken
4. Sprinkle a good amount of lemon pepper all over chicken and vegetables.
5. Fold up foil and place in oven.
6. 350 degrees for about 45 mins.
7. Serve.

Chicken in a Blanket
8 strips of skinless, boneless chicken
1 tube of Pilsbury Dough Boys Crossaint Rolls
1 pkg. of McCormicks country gravy
1 bag of baby carrots
I prefer the carrots with this meal. However,
feel free to use your favorite veggie instead.
1. Pan fry the chicken in oil until barely pink inside. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven according to P.D.B. pkg.
3. Stove top cook baby carrots for 15 minutes
4. While carrots are cooking, roll up 1 piece of chicken per triangle.
5. Bake chicken/crossaints according to P.D.B. pkg.
6. Prepare country gravy according to pkg.
7. Pour desired amount of gravy per chicken in a blanket. Serve.

Spicey Shrimp Tortellini Alfredo
1 to 2 bag(s) of frozen cheese tortellini
1 jar of Ragu original Alfredo sauce
1/2 can of mushrooms
1/2 to 1 lb. of shrimp mixed with O'bay
The more O'bay you use, the spicer it will be.
Don't forget the garlic bread
1. Cook tortilline according to the diections on the bag. If this meal is for more than 2 people you will want to use 2 bags.
2. While tortilline is cooking, remove tails from pre-o'bayed shrimp.
3. In a med. sized sauce pan combined the mushrooms, alfredo sauce and pre-o'bayed shrimp.
4. Heat sauce til hot stirring occasionally. Pour over tortilline when done. Serve.
