| Mikey's Scrambled Eggs | |
| 3 eggs 1/3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. adobe |
1/2 can of mushrooms 1/2 pkg. of spam chopped onion to taste |
| Don't forget the toast | |
| 1. Cut up spam into small squares. 2. Cook spam, mushrooms and onion until lightly brown. 3. Stir milk and eggs together. 4. Add eggs to above mixture, sprinkle with adobe. 5. Cook over medium heat until eggs are done. | |

| Crap (Sh**) on a Shingle | |
| 2 jars of dried beef 2 cups of milk 2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons flour dash salt pinch of white pepper |
| Serves 4 to 6 | |
| 1. Rinse and pat dry the beef. 2. Melt butter in a large skillet. 3. Add beef, stir until edges of beef curl. 4. Add flour in skillet to cover beef and stir gently. 5. Add milk, salt and pepper and constantly stir until the mixture comes to a light boil. Serve over toast. *Note: For thinner sauce use more milk and for thicker sauce use more flour. Variation: Add 2 chopped hard boiled eggs at the end. | |

| Chocolate Croissants | |
| 1 can Pilsbury Dough Boys crescent roll 1 stick butter |
4 fun size of your favorite chocolate bar 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar |
| You may substitute confectioners' sugar with cane sugar or cinnamon if desired. | |
| 1. Melt butter. 2. Cut chocolate bars long ways. 3. Tear crescent dough and put chocolate in middle and roll up. 4. Pinch together sides of dough to cover any exposed chocolate. 5. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. 6. When done brush each croissant with the melted butter then sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. | |
